AN NWWI VALIDATED APPRAISAL REPORT

An NWWI validated appraisal report is a high-quality appraisal report that is accepted by all mortgage lenders as well as NHG (National Mortgage Guarantee) and complies with the European Valuation Standard (EVS).

VALUATION

Through us, an appraisal report validated by the Dutch Residential Property Valuation Institute (NWWI). An NWWI appraisal is usually required by the mortgage lender. We only provide appraisals for residential purposes with a maximum value of €600,000.
If the NWWI cannot validate an appraisal report, an unvalidated appraisal report can be prepared. In that case, a second appraiser will sign the appraisal report.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

The appraiser will get in touch with the selling real estate agent, seller, or with you to schedule an appointment. Typically, the appointment will take place within a few working days. During the appraisal, the appraiser will thoroughly inspect the property, measure it (if no measurement report is available), and take photos.
The report will be submitted for validation approximately within 4 working days after the appointment. The validation institute will check whether the appraisal report has been prepared in accordance with regulations. After validation, the report will be available, and we will notify you, allowing you to view the report through your login code.
